For over thirty years the Bartlett Lodge #211 Annual BBQ has been a fund raiser supporting our lodge and charitable endeavors. Over the years many have attempted to imitate and others have just gone commercial, selling mass produced and frozen product. We still do it the old-fashioned way! We take high quality 8-10lb. pork Boston Butts, hand-rub them with our own secret blend of spices, slowly smoking them for 8-10 hours, and deliver them piping hot and ready to enjoy. While Memphis is known for its Championship BBQ Competition, we don’t compete. We are quietly confident that we produce the finest and most mouth-watering smoked Boston Butts you can find anywhere.
