For more than thirty years, Bartlett Lodge #211’s Annual BBQ has served as a fundraising event benefiting our lodge and various charitable activities as well as funding grants/scholarships for graduating Bartlett High School students who embody Masonic values, demonstrate academic success, and contribute positively to our community.

Throughout this time, numerous others have tried to replicate what we do but haven’t quite succeeded because we stick to the traditional method! We select top-notch 8-10lb. pork Boston Butts, season them with a special homemade spice mix, smoke them slow and low for 8-10 hours, and serve them up hot and fresh.

While Memphis is famous for its Championship BBQ Competition, we don’t compete; instead, we take pride in knowing that we craft some of the best and most delectable smoked Boston Butts around. Give it a try, and you’re likely to agree with us.
